Pennanera Lattebusche is a semi-cooked curd cheese. It is produced using ancient methods, typical of the Venetian dairy tradition; what makes Pennanera cheese immediately recognizable is the black exterior color. Inside, the curd is pale Yellow with marked, irregular holes. Its flavor is intense, with tangy notes of ripened milk.
